Request data deletion

To request deletion of data held by Demantive through the Demantive Meta app (app ID 750862424027513), email privacy@demantive.com with the subject “Meta app data deletion request.”

What to include

Include the email address we can use to contact you, the data you want deleted, and the name or ID of the relevant Facebook Page or business, if known. If your request concerns a lead form, include the business you submitted the form to and the email address used on that form.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other account credentials.

What happens next

We will review your request and may ask for information to verify your identity or authority to act for the account before deleting data. We will reply by email with the outcome or any information needed to proceed.

If we process the data on behalf of a client business, that business may be responsible for handling your request. We may direct you to that business or coordinate with it to respond.
