This policy explains how Waskey Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Demantive, based in Miami, Florida, collects and uses information when you visit demantive.com, book a call, subscribe, or work with us. Privacy questions go to hello@demantive.com.
When you book a call, we collect your name, email, company, and anything you choose to tell us, through our scheduling provider, Cal.com. When you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe; we receive your name, email, company, and subscription status, but we never see or store your full card number. When you email us, join a list, or watch our content, we collect what you submit. If you become a client, the materials you share with us for production are handled under our Terms of Service and kept confidential.
When you use the site, we and our providers collect device and usage data such as pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, browser type, and interactions. We use analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site performs, and our video host collects playback data when you watch our videos.
Because we run paid campaigns, we also use advertising and measurement tools from platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure whether our ads work and to build campaign audiences. What those platforms do with data is governed by their own privacy policies.
We use information to run the service: scheduling and holding calls, billing and account management, producing and delivering creative, and customer support. We use it to communicate: service emails, and marketing emails you can leave with one click, since every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. And we use it to improve: understanding what works on the site and measuring our campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that run our stack, and only as needed: Stripe for payments, Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and analytics, our video hosting provider, and the advertising platforms named above for campaign measurement. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
The site uses essential cookies to function and analytics or advertising cookies to measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized advertising in your Meta, Google, and LinkedIn account settings, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Client work and billing records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations. We protect information with industry-standard measures, and no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing hello@demantive.com. We honor the rights that apply to you under your local law, including for residents of California, the EU, and the UK, and we will respond within the time the law requires. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy as our tools change. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
